1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1334bet ("1334bet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://1334bet.net. By accessing or using any part of the 1334bet platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other product features — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

1334bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 1334bet platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 1334bet platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use following the publication of revised Terms constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 1334bet from Bangladesh, including but not limited to players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Where references to specific platforms, payment methods, or regulations are made, they apply specifically to the Bangladesh market context in which 1334bet operates.

• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version shall prevail.
• 1334bet reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion.
• Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Account Registration

To place bets, play casino games, or access any real-money features on 1334bet, you must register a valid player account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults residing in Bangladesh. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 1334bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 1334bet uses technical and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

1334bet is strictly for players aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. 1334bet applies strict age verification controls and will close any account found to belong to a person under the legal minimum age. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use 1334bet:

• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1334bet — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 1334bet does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedules.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 1334bet account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 1334bet reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 1334bet finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal funds will be sent exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.

• 1334bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity is detected on an account, or if outstanding wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• 1334bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other persons, or virtual card numbers not linked to a verified personal account.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an erroneous credit to your account, 1334bet reserves the right to reverse the transaction and correct the account balance, even if funds have subsequently been wagered.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. 1334bet will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrectly entered mobile wallet numbers, bank account details, or other payment information provided by the player.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

1334bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and local holidays such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable cash. Before any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash, a wagering rollover requirement must be met. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus abuse: 1334bet takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion in a manner not intended by its terms.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 1334bet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account. 1334bet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 1334bet platform, you agree to use it only for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that is harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or disruptive to 1334bet, its staff, or its other players.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 1334bet:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, impersonating another person, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to deceive 1334bet's verification systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hand information in poker variants or signalling in live casino games.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-reading software, or any other artificial means to interact with the 1334bet platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage not available to regular users.
• Money laundering: Using the 1334bet platform as a vehicle for depositing, moving, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. 1334bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence bodies in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or discriminatory conduct toward 1334bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or software from the 1334bet platform without express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1334bet immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

1334bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, duplicate account creation, or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 6.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account may do so at any time by contacting 1334bet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and they will be unable to deposit, bet, or access their balance. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". 1334bet processes self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.

• Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Extensions can be applied at any time.
• During self-exclusion, 1334bet will attempt to suppress promotional communications sent to the excluded player's registered contact details.
• Upon expiry of a voluntary self-exclusion period, the account will not be automatically reactivated — the player must contact support to request reactivation after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1334bet's decision regarding forfeiture of funds will be communicated to the player in writing. Players who wish to dispute such a decision may do so by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of being notified of the account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

1334bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1334bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting opportunity due to platform downtime, delayed odds updates, or technical errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from random number generator (RNG) software operated by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game provider RNG systems are independently certified; however, 1334bet accepts no liability for outcomes generated by their systems.
• Any financial loss resulting from your own betting decisions, regardless of information or content published on the 1334bet platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 1334bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and your use of the 1334bet platform are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 1334bet support shall be subject to the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms described in the full legal documentation available on request from [email protected].
